Refund policy

Due to the Nature of Our Custom Handmade Items, returns are not accepted, but please contact us if you have a problem or there was an error on our part and we will try to offer the best solution. 

You may return an Item in New/Unused/Undamaged Condition within 7 days of delivery for an appropriate refund -if- the item was defective or sent in error - That assessment will be made upon notification of the return query. We will only cover the return shipping fees if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

If your order is approved for a return, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an unused, unopened allowed item, please Contact Us at Either Orders@EOBathNBody.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return along with the reason of Defective or Wrong Item/Error, in which we will investigate what was sent vs your order placement. We will respond within 24-48 hours with further questions on your item. 

Please note that scent on candles is a very personal thing, and each person may remember a scent differently. Our Custom Nostalgic Candle Line have been bestsellers since 2015 with 5 star ratings on 4 platforms, with bulk orders for these scents made for large performance companies who directly approve scents.
